Yoga

At The Loft Studios, we believe in creating space for connection, creativity, and coming home to yourself.

We are so excited to be growing a beautiful partnership with Tamuof Mumma Magma Yoga — bringing together movement and creativity in a shared, welcoming environment rooted in community.

Tamu offers inclusive, beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga classes designed to support mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being — both physically and mentally. Her approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting space where everyone is welcome, exactly as they are.

What began as a shared vision for a retreat has naturally evolved into something more — regular yoga classes, workshops, and collaborative offerings that complement the creative experiences here at The Loft.

Whether you’re stepping onto your mat with Tamu or exploring your creativity through art in the studio, you are invited to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover what lights you up. We are so grateful to offer this alongside our creative workshops — continuing to build a space where community, creativity, and well-being come together.

Please note: The Loft Studios is a dog-friendly space. Friendly studio dogs may be present from time to time.
