Intuitive Tarot Workshop

Open Studio is a relaxed, welcoming space to simply create.

Bring along a project you’re already working on, or pick up one of the creative kits and supplies available at the studio.

Whether you’re brand new to creating or have been making art for years, you can work at your own pace, enjoy a coffee or tea, connect with other creatives, or simply settle in and enjoy some uninterrupted creative time.

I’ll be working on my own creative projects right alongside you, and I’m always happy to offer a little guidance, encouragement, or help if you need it.

Pathways Through Grief 💜

A 4-Week Grief Circle with Dr. Fiona Benson

Grief doesn’t only follow the death of someone we love.

It can come with the loss of a relationship, a cherished pet, a change in health, an estrangement, a major life transition — or a life that simply didn’t unfold as we had hoped.

There is no hierarchy of grief. Your experience matters.

This September, we are honored to welcome Dr. Fiona Benson to The Loft Studios to facilitate Pathways Through Grief, a thoughtfully guided, evidence-based 4-week grief circle.

Fiona brings both personal experience and decades of professional scholarship to this work, including more than 25 years as a professor at McGill University and in-depth study in palliative care, loss, death, dying and bereavement.

This small-group series will offer a compassionate and confidential space to explore your own experience of grief, develop tools for navigating difficult moments, and find connection with others — without comparison and without judgement.

August was a chance to slow down, recharge, enjoy time with family & friends, and make space for what I love —creating.

One of my favourite parts of owning The Loft Studios is dreaming up new workshop ideas and finding ways to make them fun, relaxing, and beginner-friendly. I already have a few October projects in the works, and I can't wait to share them with you!

I also took a few adventures this month, exploring new places and looking for inspiration along the way. You never know where the next workshop idea might come from... or where a little bit of shenanigans might find me!
